Ormond W. Peters

Ormond is a native of Russellville and has been with the funeral home since 1998, over 14 years. He is a licensed funeral director and manager/owner. He and his wife, Patricia, a physical therapist, have two children, Brittany and Nathan.  They attend First Free Will Baptist Church in Russellville.

  Michael D. Littlefield
Licensed Director/Embalmer
Mike has been with the funeral home since 1979, over 32 years. He has been a licensed funeral director since 1982 and licensed embalmer since 1983. He and his wife, Cathy, are members of First Free Will Baptist Church in Russellville.

  Phillip C. Collie II
Licensed Director/Embalmer
Phillip, a native of Dover, has been in the funeral business since 1996, and working as a funeral director and embalmer with Shinn Funeral Service since 2000, over 11 years.  He is the secretary/treasurer of the Dover Alumni Association and a member of the Dover Area Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Rachel, are pastors of the Rehoboth Assembly of God in the Buttermilk Community near Appleton and have two sons, Conner James and Carson Phillip Collie. Rachel is a cosmetologist at Rachel's Salon and More at Dover.

  Jody Rowlen
Funeral Assistant
Jody is a native of Texas who moved to Russellville with his wife, Lyn in June 2004. He has been with Shinn's since 2005, over 7 years. He is retired from USAA in San Antonio after 31 years in the Information Systems department. He has a son, Joe living in Lampasas, Texas.  He is currently serving his funeral directing apprenticeship.

  Donna Partain
Insurance Office Supervisor
Donna has been with the funeral home since 1991, over 20 years. She is a licensed insurance agent.  A native of Russellville and currently resides in Dardanelle with her husband, Robert. Her daughter, Camille Hofstetter, is a registered nurse in Texas.

Becky Brooks
Receptionist, Administrative Assistant
Becky has been with the funeral home since 2001, over 10 years as receptionist and administrative assistant. Formerly of Atkins, she and her husband, Mike, live in Russellville.  She is a Notary Public and a licensed insurance agent.

Becky was voted as the "Best Receptionist" in the Arkansas River Valley for 2002 and 2010.

William Hatfield
Maintenance Supervisor
Bill has been with Shinn Funeral Sevice for 3 years.  He is in charge of the building and grounds of the funeral home.  He and his wife, Sarah and his son, John live in Russellville.  Bill is the pastor of the First Baptist Church in Ola.

John Thompson
Funeral Assistant / Maintenance Associate
John, a resident of Scottsville, has been with Shinn Funeral Service for over 14 years. 

  Ila Anderson
Evening Attendant
Ila is a native of Dover. She is retired from the Regions Bank at Dover and serves as an alderwoman for the city of Dover. She attends the Dover Free Will Baptist Church and has two children, Billy Anderson and Renee' Nelson.

  George Boyd
Evening Attendant
George, a resident of Dover, is retired from the Regions Bank there.  He has two children and three grandchildren. He has been a Missionary Baptist minister for over 53 years and with Shinn Funeral Service for 14 years.
