Allen D. Harris, age 85 of Dover, died Saturday, June 24, 2023, at UAMS in Little Rock. He was born May 19, 1938, in Mulberry, to Bert Ollie and Dora Pirlie Cowan Harris.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Harris; a son, David Harris; two brothers, Bodie Harris and J.D. Cowan; and a sister, Pirlie Ledford.

He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Timothy and Kim Harris, and Allen Ray Harris; three daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth Rentfro, Janie and Johnny Cross, and Sheila and Chris Hubbard; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Jesse Mason, Lucille Burton, Mary Ledford, Joyce Haines, and Jeanie and Selso Tovar; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

All services are private and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
