Ann McMinn, age 75, of Russellville, died Friday, March 28, 2025, at her home.  She was born July 16, 1949, in Seminole, Texas to Robert Augustus and Annie Belle Weaver Foster.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her younger brother, Michael Murphy Foster.

Survivors include her husband, a career military man, Charles Michael McMinn; a son, Phillip D. McMinn of Russellville; and a brother, Marshall Gunaer of Star Harbor, Texas.

A private burial for the family will be held at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
