Ann Phillips, age 77, of Pottsville, died Wednesday, January 25, 2023, at her home.  She was born July 17, 1945, in Atkins to Luie A. and Divoma Marshall Kelley.

She loved the outdoors, flowers, gardening, decorating, and cobbling.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, James W. Phillips; a daughter, Dee White of Russellville; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Shelby and Cassandra Phillips of Pottsville and Shannon Dale Phillips of Dover; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Debra Kelley of Erwin, North Carolina; a sister and brother-in-law, Patsy and Clint Hull of Atkins; eight grandchildren, Derek Race, Brent Race, Taylor Phillips, Colby Phillips, Kaitlyn Tanner, Jessica Powell, Clayton Roper and Haley Sutterfield; and 3 great-grandchildren,  Pierson Tanner, Liam Powell and Mason Powell.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 28, 2023, at Pisgah Cemetery with Pastor David Downum officiating and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville. At the family's request, dress comfortable and casual.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 4:00-6:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Pottsville Elementary School Library in care of the Pottsville School District, 976 Pine Ridge Road, Pottsville, Arkansas 72858.
