Annie Ruth Pugh, age 89, of Russellville, died Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Legacy Heights Nursing and Rehab. She was born May 27, 1935, to Robert Lee and Ida Ophelia Daws Campbell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Pugh; and two sisters.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Freddy and Twila Reeves and Albert Reeves; a sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Edward Wolter; four grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

All services are private and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
