Bernice Eileen Bullock Riggs-Ziegler, age 72, of Russellville, died Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at her home. She was born January 27, 1951, to Daniel Boone and Eleanor Ruth Smith Bullock.

She grew up in Crockets Bluff and graduated from St. Charles High School. She attended ASTC, which is now UCA. She worked at Leonard's Hardware for 20 years and Hancock's Fabrics for 15 years in Russellville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Charles David Richards.

She is survived by her husband, Randolph Ziegler, a son, Kirk Stevan Riggs, a daughter, Kalyn Bernice Stark both of Russellville. Two brothers and sisters-in-law, Stevan and Peggy Bullock and Terry Dan and Joan Bullock of Crocketts Bluff AR. A sister, Ruth Ellen Bullock Richards of England AR. Two grandchildren, Raylyn and Jaylyn Gorman of Russellville.

A service will be scheduled at a later date with arrangements by Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
