Betty Helen Talley Miller, age 80, of Dardanelle, died Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Baptist Health and Medical Center at North Little Rock. She was born March 29, 1944, in Russellville to David Alfred and Beulah Inez Vinson Rickett.

She enjoyed being with her family, sewing, cooking and flowers, especially lilacs, hydrangeas and roses.  She loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three husbands, Leon Knuckles, Les Talley and Vaughn Miller.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Celeste and David McBroom of Dardanelle; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael and Mary E. Knuckles and Ronnie Knuckles, all of Dardanelle; a brother and sister-in-law, David and Patricia Rickett of London; a sister-in-law, Lillie Edmondson; a nephew, Rodney Rickett (Brittany) of Hattieville; a niece, Tracey Watters (Jason) of Weyauwega, Wisconsin; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

The funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, August 26, 2024, at the Shinn Chapel with Pastor Joe Yates and Pastor Jimmy Yates officiating. Burial will be in East Point Cemetery, near London, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m., until service time in the chapel.

Pallbearers will be Lynn Talley, Ronnie Knuckles, Michael Knuckles, Kenneth Knuckles, Donovan Tivet and Celeste McBroom.
