Billy Joe (Bill) Randolph, age 87, of Russellville, died Saturday, February 18, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born October 20, 1935, in Rison to the late Joe H. and Lela Cummings Randolph.

He was a graduate of Watson Chapel High School.  He retired from Weyerhaeuser/Gaylord. He was employed there from 1957-1997.  He was a member of First Baptist Church in Russellville and Berean Sunday School Class. He loved fishing, woodworking and maintaining his beautiful yard.  Most of all he loved his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Marie McCoy and Lavern Lovan.

He is survived by his loving wife, Frances Randolph; a son and daughter-in-law, Joe Michael and Trudy Randolph of Russellville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Sharon Randolph of Russellville and Pam and Greg Castleman of Allen, Texas; five grandchildren, Amber George, Kayla Moreau, Stacy Thomas, Ryan Quigley, and Layne Doles; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A private graveside for the family will be Tuesday, February 21, 2023, in Pine Bluff where he will be laid to rest beside his parents and sister officiated by his grandson-in-law, Kendall Doles and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
