Carmella June Harvell, age 98, of Russellville, died Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Russellville Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born February 12, 1927, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma to James Earl and Ollie Bille Blackard Hall.

She was a member of Augsburg Lutheran Church for many years. She retired from POM manufacturing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Louis Harvell; a son, Robert Harvell Jr.; two brothers; and two sisters.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Mark Chronister of Russellville; two grandchildren and their spouses, Norman and Ginger Chronister of Russellville and Cherie and Aaron Campbell of Benton; three great-grandchildren, Creedance (Bailie) Chronister, Freedom Chronister and Caleb Campbell; and one great-great-grandchild on the way.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 15, 2025, in the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Bill Hatfield officiating. Burial will be in Wiley Cemetery in Appleton under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the chapel.
