Carroll McKinney, age 70, of Russellville, died Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Hospice of the Ozarks in Mountain Home. She was born on November 8, 1954, in Hobbs, New Mexico to Mike and Elsie Lillian Wilson Thompson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Bob McKinney; and two sisters, Charla Johnson and Carla Thompson.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kelsey and Jeana McKinney; two daughters and sons-in-law, Laurie and JR Bergenstock and Mallory and Allen Decker; a sister, Colleen Black; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at the Shinn Chapel. Burial will be in Forehand Cemetery in Dover under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
