Caspen Allen Bliss was born and passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.  He was born to William Allen and Chyenne Ashton Henderson Bliss.

He was preceded in death by his great-great-grandmother, Hazel Pauline Tillery.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, RayLynn Levii Bliss; a sister, Lanova AnnLeigh Bliss; his grandparents, Tammy Henderson of Russellville, Tommy Sr. and Jeanne Marie Lyles Henderson of Dover and Jerry Bliss of Ohio; a great-grandmother, Shirley Tillery; his aunts and uncles, Sydney and Joe Hernandez of Morrilton, Verronica and Thomas Henderson Jr. of Russellville, Dusty and Josh Hicks of Russellville, Camillo Hernandez of Russellville, Kevin Moore of Pottsville and Bryan McNeese of Dover; and numerous cousins.

All services are private, and arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
