Charlene Faye Webb Siebert, age 83, of Russellville, died Friday, March 1, 2024. She was born January 14, 1941, in Bristow, Oklahoma, to Charles Elton Wheeler and Nina Pearl Boyett Wheeler Hopton.

She lived in California with her parents. When she was 16, she moved to live with her Grandmother Boyett, in Hollis, Oklahoma where she worked at the Daisy Queen and played high school basketball.

After she and her then husband, Ronald Webb, moved to Lawton, Oklahoma, she had her only child, Patti. She was PTA president several years and room mother at Wilson Elementary.  She worked at Hager Slacks for several years before she started working for Dr. E. A. Schlapbach, O.D., where she worked for more than 20 years.  In 1986, she married LTC(R) Leonard J. Siebert, and they were married for 16 years until his death.

She moved to Russellville in 2004 to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters.  She loved going to Pope County Senior Center to play bingo, chair volleyball, bean bag baseball, cards, and bunko but mostly she enjoyed her many friends that she made there.  After many illnesses she is now reunited with her husband Len.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Eugene, and Jerry Mack Wheeler; and her husband, Leonard J. Siebert.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Patti and Bob Gordon; two granddaughters and their spouses, Amanda and Brandon Weaver, and Heather and Kyle Neumeier; and four great-grandchildren, Emma Faye and Kody Neumeier, and Eli and Matthew Weaver.
