Charlotte Joanne Hurlbut, age 81, of Russellville, died Monday, September 9, 2024, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born January 15, 1943, in Cassville, Missouri to Joe and Naomi Daniel.

Charlotte was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She participated in the prayer shawl ministry, the prime timers and the united woman of faith group. She worked at St. Mary's for over 30 years.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Don Hurlbut.

She is survived by her mother; a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Carol Hurlbut of Russellville; a daughter and son-in-law, Terrie and Craig Jones of Mountain View; a brother and sister-in-law, David and Nancy Hurlbut of Jefferson City, Missouri; a sister-in-law, Pat Weede of San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren, Courtney (Matt) Hudson, Spencer Hurlbut, Casey (Nathan) Croney and Kevin Holt; and three great-grandchildren, Brinley Hudson, and Scott and Mikel Croney.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 12, 2024, at the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Tony Griffin officiating. Burial will be private and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the chapel.
