Cynthia Roller Hudson, age 88, of Russellville, died Saturday, June 14, 2025, at her home.  She was born August 17, 1936, in New York, New York and raised by her loving grandfather George Alger and Aunt Norma.

She attended Oakland Heights Assembly of God, she loved her church, words, people and adored her many friends.  She enjoyed volunteering for Area Agency on Aging and was awarded volunteer of the year in 2012.

Shewas preceded in death by her parents, Zohner and Esther Alger Roller; her husband, Clayborn Hudson; a daughter, Celia Drew Hollinger; a brother, Chris Roller; and a granddaughter, Kimberly Nichole Norris.

Survivors include three sons, Claude McCleskey, Craig McCleskey, and Chris Hudson; a daughter and son-in-law, Caroline and Jeffery Tackett; her sister-in-law and close friend, Shirley Hudson; ten grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Roy Chisum officiating.  Burial will be in Pisgah Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the chapel.
