David Windsor Bollinger, age 86, of Russellville, died Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at his home.  He was born June 18, 1937, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Roy Hicks and Margaret Mary Fee Bollinger.

He was a member of Central Presbyterian Church and retired from ConTel after 33 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Bollinger.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Marilyn Bollinger; three sons and a daughter-in-law, David and Chrisi Bollinger of Knoxville, Tennessee, Tim Bollinger of Russellville and Michael Bollinger of Russellville; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Richard Bollinger of De Soto, Texas and Courtney and Anna Bollinger of Naples, Italy; one grandson, Justin Bollinger of Dover; and two great-grandchildren, Skylynn Bollinger of Livingston, Texas and Eli Bollinger of Dover.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 17, 2023, at the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Brian Brock officiating.  Burial will be in Campground Cemetery at Overcup, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the chapel.
