David Miller, age 64, of Atkins, died Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born April 17, 1961, in Russellville, to Herschel Francis and Ruby Mavis McDougal Miller.

David was an active member of the Atkins Mason Lodge 172, served in Pope County Sheriff's office for 10 years, and worked for Green Bay Packaging for 15 years.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Price.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Gina Miller; a son, Luke Miller; a step-son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Emily Wirt; five sisters and brothers-in-law, Rhonda and Bo Bolanis, Lori and Valley Steadham, Theresa and Mike Neighbors, Terri and Allen Bradberry and Donna and Steve Hartman; Three grandchildren; and his dear Uncles, Ray and Bobbie Miller and Tommy and Juanita Miller; along with numerous other family members and friends.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Shinn Chapel, with the Rev. Zach Phillips officiating. A private burial will be in Zion Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
