Debbie Baker, age 72, of Russellville, died Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Legacy Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on December 29, 1953, in Russellville to Arnold Arthur and Emma Gene McKenzie Clark.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and P.E.O. Chapter CC. She worked for both Arkansas Tech University and the Russellville School District for 20 Years.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by three brothers, Bill, Bob and Tommy Clark; and two sisters, Mary Clutts and Dorthy Fike.

She is survived by her husband, of 52 years, Benny Joe Baker; a son and daughter-in-law, Joey and Stephanie Baker of Bryant; a daughter and son-in-law, Krista and Paul Geurian of Dardanelle; three grandchildren, Jake and Presley Geurian, and Scarlett Baker; as well as many cherished nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Tony Griffin officiating with a private burial for the family at Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

Visitation will be from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, at the funeral home.
