Debbie Holland Rains, age65, of Dover, died Saturday, March 23, 2024, at her home. She was born November 9, 1958, in Hammond, Indiana, to Carlus Connie and Bernice Eva Burk Holland.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Rains; two brothers, Jerry, and Ricky Holland; and a grandson, Dallas Randhan.

She is survived by three daughters, Stephanie Torkelson of Houston, Texas, Crystal Randhan of Dover, and Daisy Curtis of Hector; a sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Larry Wilkerson of El Paso, Texas; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 29, 2024, at the funeral home, with arrangements under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
