Delores Kay Thornsberry, age 74, of Russellville, died Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at her home.  She was born November 19, 1949, in Fort Smith to Wilbur Leonard and Mary Jean Danley Wilson.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Russellville.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, William S. Thornsberry; a son and daughter-in-law, Seth and Hannah Thornsberry of Russellville; a daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and David Wrubel of Atlanta, Georgia; a sister and brother-in-law, Sylvia and James Webb of Fort Smith; and six grandchildren, Brandon Hale, Hampton Thornsberry, Madison Wrubel, Hayden Thornsberry, Preston O'Cain, and Mila Thornsberry.  As well as a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 14, 2024, at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dr. Tony Griffin officiating.  Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
