Dewey Boxnick, age 71, of London, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at his home. He was born March 25, 1952, in Russellville to Alfred Carl and Zelma Bernice Payne Boxnick.

Dewey retired form Arkansas Nuclear One after 33 years. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved collecting firearms.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Verna Hogins Boxnick; a son and daughter-in-law, Eric, and Julie Boxnick; a daughter, Tamara Beck; a brother and sister-in-law, Carl, and Rebecca Boxnick; three grandchildren, Alexander, Abigail and Florence Beck; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

The funeral mass will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April11, 2023, at St. John Catholic Church, with Father Raj officiating. Burial will be private in Phoenix Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends Monday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
