Donna Cutler, age 67, of Russellville, departed this life Friday, January 31, 2025, at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was born January 20, 1958, in Little Rock, to Donald and Apsie Virginia Bird Murray.

Donna was recognized for her involvement in the communities she loved. She was a member of First Baptist Church Russellville and a collection team leader for the Wheels for The World Ministry. In 2005, she was appointed by Gov. Mike Huckabee to the Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities, and in 2007 she was named as one of the "20 to Watch" by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. She was voted Miss Congeniality and first runner up in the 2008 Ms. Wheelchair Arkansas Pageant.

Most of all, she loved her roles as sister, wife, mother, and Nanna to the family she loved. She never met a stranger, and loved any opportunity to smile, laugh, sing, or talk with the endless number of friends she made.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Murray.

She is survived by her loving husband Curtis Cutler; two sons and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Melissa Cutler, and Richard Cutler; a sister and brother-in-law, Patty and Jimmy Arnold; two grandchildren, Laiken Grace and Macy Kate Cutler; along with other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 3, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Russellville, with Pastors Greg Sykes, and Stephen Davis officiating. Burial will be in Center Valley Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
