Donna Horton, age 79, of Dover, died Saturday, November 15, 2025, at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs.  She was born May 4, 1946, in Conway to Joe Henry and Donnive Martin Reynolds.

She loved her children and grandchildren fiercely.  She raised Dotson dogs and enjoyed gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Horton; a son, Freddie Howell; and a daughter, Rebecca Horton.

Survivors include a son, James Horton; seven grandchildren, Jessica Howell, Austin Dietz, Rachel Gray, Makayla Herring, Kyle Horton, Jayda Horton and Alexander Horton; and two great-grandchildren, Logan Ryker Herring and Rayla Gray.

The graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at North New Hope Cemetery near Dover with the Rev. Tim Via officiating under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
