Donna Jean Owens, age 75, of Russellville, died at her home, on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. She was born on December 9, 1949, in Dayton, Ohio, to Charles Warren and Lillian M. Chesney Bunger.

Donna loved jumping out of perfectly good airplanes and floating down to earth. She is now floating in the clouds.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Bunger.

She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Dawn and Danny Whisenhunt, and Misty Lumpkins; six grandchildren and their spouses, Liz Ray, Mark Caliguire, Brittany and Johnny Scherer, Parker Whisenhunt, Devin SanVictores and soon to be granddaughter-in-law Searra Hansler and Dakota Lumpkins; eight great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.

All services are private under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
