Evelyn "Sissie" Parker Duvall, age 67, of Russellville died Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville.  She was born April 9, 1954, in Dortch to Roy Leslie and Lois C. Spears Parker.

She worked at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in housekeeping for 10 years and at Newton Pharmacy at the Soda Fountain for 16 years.

She loved cooking and baking and sharing to anyone who wanted some.  She enjoyed sewing, crafting and family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Christopher; a brother, Roy Leo Parker.

Survivors include her husband, Larry B. Duvall; a daughter and son-in-law, Talitha and Steven Carlton of Pottsville; a granddaughter, Savana (Chase) Tyner of Pottsville; a grandson, Aidan Carlton of Pottsville; three brothers and sister-in-law, Robert Sr. and Lisa Parker of Dover, Danny Parker Sr. of Augsburg, and David Parker Sr. of Brandon, Mississippi; and a sister, Patsy Parnell of Clarksville.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at the Shinn Chapel with the Rev. Robert Bowen officiating.  Burial will be private in Washfield Cemetery, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friend's immediately following the service in the chapel.
