Frank M. Rudon, age 94, of Russellville, died Monday, July 20, 2026, at Dardanelle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born April 6, 1932, in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Monsita Perez Rudon.

Frank was a United States Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was also a proud member of the Marine Corps League of Russellville.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Fenne Rudon; and a sister, Tessie Rivera.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Mary Ellen Rudon of Florida; a daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Robert Starkey of Russellville; three granddaughters, Sarah Monfee of Russellville, Elizabeth (Ethan) Sigle of Dardanelle, and Victoria (Juan) Quintero of Russellville; and seven great-grandchildren, Parker, Bella, Caylee, Sofia, Tatiana, Jordy, and Huck.

A graveside service with full military honors provided by the United States Marine Corps Honor Guard and the Marine Corps League of Russellville Honor Guard, will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2026, in McFadden Cemetery in Dover, officiated by the Rev. Don Stiles, and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at the funeral home.
