Harl Ledford, age 87, of Russellville, died Saturday, July 4, 2026, on our great Nation's 250th birthday. He was born on November 16, 1938, in Morrilton, to Talbert Stanton and Bertha Lee Taylor Ledford.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives, Francis Louise and Alta Jewel Chisum Ledford; three brothers, James Eugene, Edward Earl and an infant baby Ledford; three sisters, Ila Marie Tucker, Susie Maxine Meeks and Imogene Ledford; and a son-in-law, Johnny Jackson.

He is survived by his children, Clifton and Shelli Ledford, Becky and Earl Hall, Dorothy Jackson, Beverly York (David Herron), Manuel and Julie Garrison and Tony and Chanda Garrison; 18 grandchildren, Vance (LeRonda), Lynn, Kaycee, Amber, Dustin, Whitney (Tyler), Jake, Cory (Delaney), EJ, Brandi, Andrea, Cody, Diln, Sydney, Bode, Thomas, Christine and Brandy; along with numerous great-grandchildren and friends.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Victory Assembly of God in Atkins, with Bro. Mike Chisum officiating. Burial will be in Saint Joe Cemetery, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
