Ida Mae "Pat" Bewley, age 89, of London, died Sunday, August 28, 2022, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born May 23, 1933, in Georgetown, to Chester Henry and Mary Elizabeth Wileman Gibson.

She was baptized at the Atkins Methodist Church and raised in the Georgetown Church of Christ.

She loved spending her time reading, playing solitaire, and growing plants and flowers. She loved Big Band and Country music but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Billy Wayne Gillum and second husband, David Bewley; a son, Steven Lynn Gillum; a brother, John A. Gibson; a sister, Florance Loraine Owen; a grandparent, Ida Loraine Rouselle; and a niece, Joan Tate.

She is survived by her sons, Michael, and William Arthur Gillum of London; three nieces, Mary (Joe) Jimenez, Jane (Gary) Storment, and Kate (Jason) Harness; along with other relatives and friends.

A family conducted memorial service will be held at a later date.  Burial will be in Price Cemetery, and arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
