Ina Ruth Reed, age 81, of Dover, died Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at Conway Healthcare and Rehab. She was born May 10, 1941, in Jerusalem, to W. L. and Ina Gean Norris Wiley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Hard, and a sister, Mary Wiley.

She is survived by her husband, Elmer Leon Reed; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Elizabeth, and Michael and Carissa Hart; a stepson, William Reed; two daughters, Rhonda Hard and Corinna Reed; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2022, in the Shinn Chapel with Mr. Dan Lightfoot officiating. Burial will be private in Hoskins Cemetery, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time in the chapel.
