Jeanne E. Phillips Harber, age 69, of Russellville, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 18, 2025.  She was born January 18, 1956, in Russellville to Clarence Herbert and Glenna Sue Byrum Phillips.

She was an avid master gardener, a master scuba diver, and entrepreneur, having several business ventures with her husband over the years. She loved to travel and was a gifted hobby photographer.  Jeanne enjoyed collecting antiques and especially loved being a dog mom to her yellow labs, T.J. and Gunny.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 39 years, Thomas "Tommy" Harber.

Survivors include a sister, Cindye Hinkston of Russellville; a brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Lori Phillips of North Little Rock; and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Jeanne requested a private family graveside service to be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park.  Arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
