Jerry Smith, age 69, of Clarksville died Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Johnson County Regional Medical Center.  He was born January 24, 1952, in Lepanto, to James and Juanita Davis Smith.

He was a member of Ozark United Pentecostal Church and loved God.  He enjoyed working out in the yard, helping out with housework, eating pizza, and loving on his dogs, Daisy and Sophie.  His pride and joy were his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jerry Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Smith; four daughters, Autumn Garcia of Lamar, Angela Harris of Clarksville, Samantha Hood and Joannie Smith both of Hot Springs; two sons, Shawn Harris and Roylee Harris both of Russellville; an uncle, Ron Davis of Russellville; two sisters, Linda Smith of Morrilton, and Doris Hayes of Plumerville; a brother, Ricky Smith of Atkins; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

All services are private and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
