Jo Ann Blaylock, age 74, of Russellville, died Sunday, February 14, 2021, at Stella Manor Nursing Center.  She was born November 10, 1946, in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois to Robert Wade and Adah Lucille Lackey Wade.

She was a member of The Church of God where she was the church clerk for over 20 years, a pastor for 2 years, song leader for over 40 years and evangelist.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson, Terry Blaylock, Jr.; an infant grandchild and a brother-in-law, Jack Goins.

Survivors include her husband Walter Winchell Blaylock; four sons and daughters-in-law, Terry Blaylock of New Zealand, Tim and Anna Blaylock of Tennessee, Michael and Jennifer Blaylock of Russellville, and Jason and Tonya Blaylock of Dardanelle; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lora and David Pierce of Russellville and Coreena and Charles Smith of Georgia; a sister, Lois Goins of Oleta, Kansas; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A service will be held at a later date and arrangements are by Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
