June Martin Hansell, age 88, of Russellville died Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Legacy Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.  She was born June 12, 1933, in London to William Arch Martin and Myrtle Zelma Vinson Martin.

She was a member of Fair Park Baptist Church and a honorary member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Russellville.  She retired from Con Agra, loved cooking, sewing, and growing roses and most of all loved her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Thomas W. Martin, Faye Martin, Riley Martin, and Bill Martin; three sisters, Betty Anderson, Ellen Daggs, and Mozell Stanley; and a son, Willie Hansell.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Cathy Hansell of Dardanelle; two grandchildren, Garrett Hansell of Chicago and Blake Hansell of Blackwell; a great-granddaughter, Avalalynn Hansell of Dardanelle; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at East Point Cemetery with the Rev. Will Vodrazka officiating and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

An open viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m., until 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, with the family receiving friends from 11:00-12:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
