Kevin Waid, age 66, of Dardanelle, died Thursday, December 26, 2024, at his home. He was born October 28, 1958, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Lee Adrian and Ilena Davis Waid.

He was an avid outdoorsman, but most of all, he loved his Lord Jesus Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Ladonna Plumb; and three wives.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Edgar "Hootie" and Misty Henson; a daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Lynne and Lonnie Hicks; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Gary Lee Waid, and Derek Gene and Jody Waid; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at the Shinn Chapel. Burial will be private in Elizabeth Hall Cemetery, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 9:30 a.m., until service time in the chapel.
