Lemuel O. Standridge, age 83, of Belleville, died Friday, January 29, 2021, in Conway. He was born May 17, 1937, in Dover, to Toy and Bernice Francis Waldo Standridge.

He was a member of the Cattlemen's Association, was manager for the Yell County Fair and the Yell County Rodeo & Riding Club and was President of Standridge Bulldozing Inc. He was on the board of Yell County Farm Bureau. He had been a past member of the Danville Church of Christ and he was a member of the Ruiten Club and the Belleville Chamber of Commerce.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of over 20 years,  Emma Gerline Standridge; one son and daughter-in-law, Lemuel II and Kimberly Standridge, of Belleville; two daughters and son-in-law, Carol and Tommy Hawkins, of Cedarville, and Christie Cole of Springdale; six brothers and sisters, Jon Standridge, Bill Standridge, Jerry Lee Standridge, Glenna Sue Simpson, Cheryl  Morphis and Doris Thomas; six grandchildren and spouses, Cheyenne Standridge, Britney Cole, Dylan Cole, Damon and Kristy Short, Zack and Krista Tate and Reece and Amy Morgan; and eight great-grandchildren, Brody and Beau Short, Cason and Adleigh Tate and Landon, Ryleigh, Emma and Madelyn Morgan.

The room will be open for visitors on Monday, February 8, 2021, from 9:00 a.m., until 4:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
