Lisa Balentine, age 44, of Russellville, died Sunday, October 24, 2021, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born February 2, 1977, in Clarksville, to Laura Rhodes and Larry Balentine.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ralph and Geraldine Caldwell; and her paternal grandparents, James and Iva Balentine.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Laura and Rex Rhodes; her father, Larry Balentine; a son, Michael Berner; two daughters, Taylor Pearson and Anna Pawlicki; a sister and brother-in-law, LaTisha and Billy Smith; three stepsisters and brother-in-law, Heather and Tim Hughes, Rachel Rhodes, and Jennifer Osborne; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
