Mary Lock, age 93, of Russellville, died Friday, November 17, 2023, at Russellville Nursing and Rehab. She was born August 18, 1930, in Lafayette, Alabama to William Johnson and Willie Mae Davis Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Lock; a brother, William Charles Smith; two sisters, Vivian, and Betty; two sons, Jim, and Harry Lock; and a grandson, Brian Lock.

She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Dottie and Chuck Wiest and Fran Fogel; a sister-in-law, Kathy Lock; five grandchildren, Linda, Elaine, James, Angela, and Heather; and nine great-grandchildren, Joseph, Zachary, Katherine, Charlie, Penny, Lauren, Andrew, Josh and Derek; along with other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the Shinn Chapel, with the Rev. Dr. Tony Griffin officiating, and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville. Burial will be private for the family.
