Nancy Ann Walker Bell, age 83, of Russellville, died Saturday, November 11, 2023, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville.  She was born December 19, 1939, in Houston, Mississippi to George Melvin and Mattie Eunice Berry Walker.

She grew up in Canton, Mississippi and Starkville, Mississippi, graduating from Starkville High School and went on to further her education at MSCW in Columbus, Mississippi.  In 1959, she married her high school sweetheart, Randy Bell. They lived in Starkville, Mississippi, Tempe, Arizona, and Leland Mississippi.  Most recently, a resident of Brookdale in Russellville, where they moved to be near their grandchildren.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Leland, Mississippi, The Deer Creek Garden Club, and served as Regent of her DAR Chapter.

Nancy has a deep love for her family and for helping others.  She was a talented seamstress and an even better cook.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children, Charles Bell and Cyndi Gray.

Survivors include her husband, Randy Bell; grandchildren, Jonathan and Meredith Gray of Russellville and Susan Gray of Fort Worth, Texas; a brother, Dr. George Walker of Starkville, Mississippi; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lynda Freeman of Fort Mill, South Carolina and Rita and Mike Donohoe of Kingsport, Tennessee; a brother-in-law, Charles Bell; and several loving nieces and one nephew.

The graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 17, 2023, at Hudson Cemetery at Moreland with the Rev. Jim Harbert officiating under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
