Ocie McClure-Chaney, age 90, of Dardanelle, departed this life Sunday, July 11, 2021, at her home while surrounded by her family. She was born April 12, 1931, in Faulkner County, to John Lawrence and Vida Thelma Lovette Warner.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Daniel Noah McClure and Howard Chaney; a son, Daniel Lee McClure; a great-grandson, Tommy Ray Young; a brother, Bill Martin; and four sisters, Neida Timenez, Theda Martin, Johnnie Green and Alene Kindrick.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Henry and Sylvia McClure; two daughters and a son-in-law, Thelma and Claude Smith, and Helen Farmer; three brothers, Richard, James and Charles Martin; four sisters, Martha Smith, Reida Martinez, Thelma Wilson and Adell Clonts; and she is leaving a living legacy of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 15, 2021, at Hunts Chapel in Rover, with Pastor Don Stiles officiating, and burial immediately following in Hunts Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
