Ollie Tackett Cumbie, age 85, of Russellville, died Sunday, June 8, 2025, at her home. She was born May 11, 1940, in Dover, to Roger Garland and Nettie Harris Tackett.

She enjoyed antique shopping and fishing in her pond at their farm in Scottsville. Her greatest love and enjoyment was being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Paul Cumbie; a sister, Bobbye Langford; a brother, Pete Tackett; a daughter, Paula Pellham; and a grandson, Christopher Bradley Boylls.

Survivors include a daughter, Teresa (Donald) Belk; five grandchildren, Robert Paul (Jessie) Boylls, Sara Elizabeth Belk, Rachel Nicole Belk, Natalie Annette Ibanez and Brandon (Amber) Pellham; three great-grandchildren, Kennedy Gibson, Kanaan Pellham and Alexandria Carpenter; 2 special nieces, Beverly Dennis and Rita Rackley; neighbor and close friend, Barbara Cole; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 12, 2025, at Rock Springs Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
