Patsy Pearl Howell, age 67, died Monday, November 2, 2026, at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs. She was born June 16, 1959, in Bakersfield, California, to Adolph Norman and Violet Marie Parrish Young.

She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis Garrett and Jimmy Young; and four sisters, Bernice, Frances and Liz Brown and Virgina Sisk.

Survivors include her husband, Robert “Bob” Milton Howell; a daughter, Robin Darlene Howell; two brothers, Steve and Adolph Young; and a sister, Wanda Brewer.

A memorial service will at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at Central Presbyterian Church in Russellville with the Rev. Brian Brock officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Burial will be private in Rest Haven Memorial Park under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
