Reece Taylor Duvall, age 97, of Russellville, died Monday, November 29, 2021, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born June 18, 1924, in London, to John Thomas and Dessie Mae Taylor Duvall.

He was a veteran of the United States Army and later became a chicken and cattle farmer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cassie Duvall; a son-in-law, Gary Singleton; a stepdaughter, Gracie Burton; four brothers; and one sister.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Mona, and Stan Berry; a stepdaughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Jack George; a grandson, Justin (Melissa) Singleton; three step-grandsons, Samuel and Brian (Kim) Bradshaw, and Blake Berry; five step-granddaughters, Sheila (Mike) Thorpe, Brenda Burton, Cheryl (Glen) Chronister, Casey (Jim) Taylor and Kelsey (Mark) Scott; two great-grandchildren; 13 step-great-grandchildren; two step-great-great grandchildren; and his friend, Wanda Duvall.

The graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Shiloh Cemetery, North of Atkins, with Mr. Jack George officiating, and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Justin Singleton, Stan Berry, Samuel Bradshaw, Brian Bradshaw, Paul Duvall and Jack George.
