Robert William Patrick McKinney, age 68, of Russellville, died Monday, April 4, 2022, at his home. He was born October 24, 1953, in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, to William Joseph and Nancy Caroline Muma McKinney.

He was an Eagle Scout, and a past state President of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #3928 River Valley Aerie.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother; his wife, Carroll McKinney; a son and daughter-in-law, Kelsey and Jeana McKinney; two daughters and sons-in-law, Laurie and Ronald Jr. Bergenstock, and Mallory and Allen Decker; a brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Madeline McKinney; a sister Nancy Cash; seven grandchildren; and a close family friend, Cynthia Jones.

The funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at the Shinn Chapel, with the Rev. Leon Bobo officiating. Burial will be in Forehand Cemetery in Dover, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
