Robert "Bob" Ramsey Sr., age 84, of Dover, died Saturday, January 18, 2025, at his home. He was born February 21, 1940, in Redfield, Iowa to Jesse Carl and Louise Elvira Swanson Ramsey.

He was a hard worker and provider that always took care of his family.  He enjoyed tinkering around and being outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, his twin, Charles Ramsey and James Ramsey; two sisters, JoAnn Moen and Jesse Mae Ramsey; and a daughter, Gayle.

Survivors include his son, Robert G. Ramsey Jr.; a sister, Ruth Ramsey Dwinell; two nieces, Margaret "Maggie" Bissell and Jessica Ramsey; and a great-nephew, Roman Bissell.

All services are private, and arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
