Ruby Elloise Irving, age 80, of Russellville died Thursday, April 28, 2022, at her home.  She was born November 4, 1941, in Atkins to Richard Benton and Oma Elizabeth Williams Davis.

She was a member of West Side Church of Christ and was the owner and operator of Elloise's Hair Fashion.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Richard Davis; four sisters, Bernice Blankenship, Iva Nell Duvall, Opal Coffman and Inez Gray.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, William Harvey Irving; a son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Debbie Irving of Russellville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and Raymond Pardue of Russellville and Tammy and Jim Freeze of Ft. Smith; a sister, Cathy Moro of Russellville; a sister-in-law, Dorothy (Ed) Sternod of Mississippi; two brothers-in-law, Sam (Lorraine) Irving of Florida and James (Dee) Irving of Nevada; six grandchildren, Misty (Jeremy) Haggard, Joshua (Ashley) Wewers, Hannah Ragsdale, Cody Wewers, Jessica (Lucas) Richards and Tyler Pardue; and three great-grandchildren, Codi Raegan Wewers, Layla Belle Wewers and Allison Corbie Haggard.

A private graveside service for the family will be in Shiloh Cemetery near Atkins, with Mr. Dan Lightfoot officiating, and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
