Sally (Hibbs) Bostic, age 83, of London went to be with the Lord and her loved ones on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at home surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born June 18, 1938, in Alex to Elwood Doc and Margie Ione McCorkle Dortch.

She was of the Baptist faith. She was employed at Conagra for 27 years and a member of the Ladies Aux for VFW 2283 and served as VFW state president.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James (Jimmy) Hibbs; and her oldest son, James "Buddy" Hibbs.

Survivors include her husband, John Bostic; sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Melissa Hibbs, Harold and Dara Hibbs, John and Tammy Hibbs and Scott Bostic; daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and Gary Bray, and Jennifer and Matt Johnson; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 180 Stockton Road, Dover, Arkansas 72837, all family, and friends are invited to attend.  Arrangements are by Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

Burial will be private in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle.
