Shirley Ann Marruffo, age 85, of Russellville died Monday, January 10, 2022, at Johnson County Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 21, 1936, in Lamar to Victor and Mildred Jewel Cagle Childers.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Russellville and the NARFE-National Association of Retired Federal Employees where she was a treasurer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Roger Albertson; and a brother, John Childers.

Survivors include her husband, Alfred Marruffo; two daughters and a son-in-law, Jacquelyn and Ron Whiteturkey of Lamar and Janet Nimrod  of Bentonville (Keith McGhee of Branson, Missouri)  and many friends and family.

The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the Shinn Chapel with Rev. Dr. Tony Griffin officiating. Burial will be in Lamar Cemetery and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends 9:30 a.m., until service time in the Chapel.
