Tracy Lenore Neeley, age 67, of Russellville died Thursday, February 15, 2024, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.  She was born March 24, 1956, in Artesia, New Mexico to Buddy Joe and Lillie Mae Crim Lane.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Stephen Holt.

Survivors include a sister, Brenda Lane Borum of Van Buren.

Arrangements are private, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
