Vickie Keeton, age 63, of Russellville, died Saturday, July 5, 2025, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville.  She was born October 19, 1961, in Mesquite, Texas to Glenn Earl and Ruth Campbell Spicer.

She was a pharmacist for almost 40 years. She enjoyed running, cooking and shopping. Her greatest joys were fishing, going to the beach and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Roy Keeton; a son, Charlie Ford; a daughter, Amber West; a stepdaughter, Lauren Davis; a brother, Glenn Spicer; a niece, Katie Spicer; and eight grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.,  Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the funeral home.  Burial will be private under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
