William J. Parker, age 77, of Russellville, died Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. He was born March 8, 1944, in Detroit, Michigan to William Lauren and Helen Jane Rodabush Parker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and five sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Neva Jo Parker; a daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Keith Holley; a son and fiancée, Travis Parker and Katie Cunningham; four grandchildren, Margaret Parker, Tyler, Parker, and Jared Holley; and three great-grandchildren, Cayson, Kylee and Declan Holley.

All services are private and arrangements are by Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
