Wilma Rentfro, age 90, of Dover, passed peacefully with her family by her side Friday, January 29, 2021, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home.  She was born April 22, 1930, in Dover to George W. and Dora Ann Yow Wells.

She was a member of Pleasant Grove Assembly of God.  She loved her church, quilting and gardening.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James Charles Rentfro; two sons, Billy Rentfro and Larry Rentfro; a daughter, Rheba Jo Sparks; a brother, Fred Wells and a sister, Kathy Brown.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Dale and Elizabeth Rentfro of Dover; two daughters and a son-in-law, Ann and Ken Partain of Russellville and Donna Fields of Dover; three brothers and sisters-in-law, George O'Dell and Leigh Wells of Fayetteville, Rufus and Louise Wells of Dover and Carol and Nila Wells of Harrison; a sister, Marie Sanders of California; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Pollard Cemetery with the Rev. Jackie Pledger officiating and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

An open viewing will be held on Monday from 1:00-5:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pleasant Grove Assembly of God, P.O. Box 1196, Dover, Arkansas 72837.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
